    Default Support Online Portal

    We are excited to finally have our online Support portal live and in use!

    All customers have been notified of their account login information. If you have not received this information, please email me directly at nlombardi@percussion.com.

    On August 1, our support email addresses will be re-pointed to our online portal.

    What does this mean?
    Any emails to technical_support@percussion.com or technical_support_UK@percussion.com will be sent to the portal. If the subject does not contain a link to the original portal incident, a new incident will be generated for that email. It will treat that email as a new issue.

    For existing issues, please update the incident through the portal or respond to emails generated from the portal system.
